Fawkes Rev has a range of in-house skills to get the parts you need back into production.

Thanks to years of experience and passion, in addition to its extensive in-house capabilities, Fawkes Rev has contacts with manufacturers worldwide for parts that we cannot make in-house. This allows Fawkes Rev to manufacture and offer parts you thought were no longer available.

Modeling

Where parts are no longer available, they need to be (re)manufactured. Fawkes Rev does this by first creating a 3D model of the required part.

For this, Fawkes Rev uses advanced 3D scanning techniques, among others.

3D Printing

Fawkes has been printing since 2016 and, with more than 10 years of experience, knows exactly what is possible in the world of 3D printing.

We also know the properties of countless types of plastic to ensure that the part has the longest possible lifespan. In the sun, fuel, heat, and more.
And has the right hardness or flexibility.

Laser cutting

Thanks to a CO₂ laser cutter, Fawkes Rev can cut and engrave various flat materials into intricate shapes in-house.

Such as wood, acrylic, leather, and much more.

Metal

Fawkes Rev works with the latest techniques. This allows us to make highly complex parts in Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel and even Titanium!

Plotting

Fawkes Rev has a plotter, allowing monochrome stickers and more to be made in-house, up to 5 meters!

For paper inlays, vinyl stickers, and more.

Polyurethane casting

Sometimes cast products are the only solution. That is why Fawkes Rev can cast polyurethane rubber in-house, in custom sizes and various hardnesses.

Custom-length brake lines

Fawkes Rev can supply almost all types of (metal-braided) brake hoses.
This means you will realistically never need a new set again.

Brake safely again with custom-made flexible brake hoses.

Custom shock absorbers

Fawkes Rev customizes your shock absorbers to suit your needs. For almost any application!

Thanks to our partnership with GAZ, we can manufacture the right shock absorbers for any setup.
Always the right damping and ideal handling.

Specials

Sometimes you need something more advanced.
